I have KYC'ed previously before exchanging my crypto in the hopes of not having an exchange frozen to suspicious activity (Just because reading some of these reviews, it seems like some people have had those kinds of issues). Even though I have never had that problem, I have done many swaps so far successfully. I usually stick around the $500 range of crypto value when I do, do swaps. Never an issue, always reletively fast swap as well. Swap fees are reasonable too...

I made a mistake in a transaction by forgetting the tag. In the chat, just by providing the transaction hash, I immediately received help from a real person (the AI only kept me busy for a few minutes), and the issue was resolved very quickly, even though it was my fault. Impeccable service and reliability, and always the best exchange rates.

Good communication and easy process. Confirmation took a little longer than expected (45min), but that's a limitation of the block chain.

I really like ChangeNOW for its user-friendly interface. It supports many cryptocurrencies, with the option of direct purchase or swap between them. I had a problem with 2FA and couldn't access my ChangeNOW account, but the support team resolved the issue in a reasonable time. Special thanks to Tony for his effective support.

I had problem with a transaction and less then 3 minutes I got the first mail and then I started to chat and I just waited one minute before I got personal help from them and I give them 5 star for support, after 30 minutes I had my 450 dollar in my account again, this company is for real, I would like too give them 6 stars
